The United Paizo Workers and Paizo are thrilled to announce that we have reached a tentative agreement on our first collective bargaining agreement!
More than a year of hard work, long meetings, and good-faith negotiation have led to a 50-page legal document detailing terms of employment for more than 50 people for the next three years.
In the coming weeks, UPW members will meet to review and discuss the entire contract, and then vote on whether or not to approve it. We look forward to sharing more good news in the future!
